What sizes do you offer?

You can find full-size charts here.

The best way to measure is with a soft measuring tape and measure around your chest and then halve that number.

You can also use an item of clothing that you already own, lay it down flat, and measure from armpit to armpit whatever that measurement is, is your 1/2 chest size for example a 51cm chest would measure 102cm around your entire chest.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders will take 7-10 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) to be dispatched after the order is placed.

Lisa Wyatt Designs is a small family business, that print, cuts, embroiders, and hand finishes everything from our studio in Essex.  We aim to deliver much quicker than this but we want to be transparent about realistic delivery timescales.

How much is delivery?

As you can see from our site, we offer a large selection of items so a fixed delivery charge isn’t the best as we don’t want you overpaying for postage.
The best way to see how much delivery is going to be is to add to your basket and from there you can pop your postcode in and it will tell you delivery costs before checking out.

Do you deliver Internationally?

Unfortunately at the moment not via this website – if you would like to order please contact me as I can create an Etsy listing for you.

Can I return my order?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned for a refund unless there is a fault or an error has been made by Lisa Wyatt Designs.

Please note the order must still be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and adequately packaged.

We, unfortunately, do not pay for the cost for you to return your parcel, this will be at your expense.  You should obtain proof of postage as we cannot be liable for goods lost in transit.

How can I cancel my order?

If you have ordered something Personalised or Custom Made please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We try to process orders as quickly as possible so you need to inform us as soon as possible before we start making your item which is usually within 24 hours.

For non custom/personalised items we aim to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible, but if you contact us before you have received your ‘dispatch’ email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.

If you would like to cancel your order after you have received your ‘dispatch’ email you will need to wait until you receive your order and return it to us.
