Terms and Conditions


Do not leave babies and young children unattended with photography props or any item that has ties/ribbons.  Some items can be a potential choking hazard, therefore please use common sense when using.  You are responsible for your own child’s safety.

Bespoke / Custom Orders

If you would like a custom order, please message me regarding this.  Please keep in mind that once a custom order has been placed and the production of the item started, no refunds will be given due to the unique custom design.


All of my items are handmade by me or are printed and designed by me in my studio.  I aim to have all orders ready for posting within 7-10 working days unless otherwise stated.  Custom orders may take longer and this will be discussed with you when we communicate about your custom order.
Sometimes the turn around can be quicker but please contact me before ordering if you need an item sooner and I will do my best to accommodate you.


Only non-personalised products and non-custom made items can be returned.  If you wish to return an item, please contact me as soon as possible via the contact us form on the website.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

You will need to use recorded post to send the item back and I must receive the item unused and in its original packaging/postage box within 14 days of receiving your order.

I will notify you once I have received your return and have processed your refund. Please allow 14 days from this point to see your refund in your account.  The refund will automatically be returned via the way that was used to pay.

Faulty/Damaged items

I take great care when making and packaging your items but if you do receive a damaged or faulty product then please contact me within 7 days via lisawyattdesigns@gmail.comand I will arrange a replacement upon discussion of the item.

Faulty products must be returned via recorded post and I will refund return postage costs once I have received them.

Personalised and custom-made products

Please be aware that personalised and custom-made (i.e. items which have been made to your specification for example size, specific colour etc. cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
