Due to this product being personalised please allow me 1-2 weeks for the item to be made.  Please make sure all spellings are correct and that you are happy with the design as I am unable to offer refunds on personalised items.
Please ensure to leave an email address or a mobile number that I can contact you with so that you can proof the design to ensure accuracy, obviously the longer you take to proof the design the longer it will take for your bag to made.

If you need to make any amendments, please email me within 24 hours of your purchase.  After this time,e no amendments can be made.
